Frequently Asked Questions

1) How do I pay?

Chips will be made available to you once payment has been verified / received by using the any of the methods below.

By Paypal - Preferred method. A money request will be sent to your email address registered with Paypal. Please note I will only accept money via Paypal up to a certain limit only.

By Moneybookers - The next best thing. Works almost the same as Paypal.

By DBS / POSB / OCBC Internet Banking (Singapore only) - I will provide you with my account details for transfer of funds. Prevailing currency conversion rate applies.

By Western Union (WU) - You can use this method to pay online (selected Countries only) or visit your local agent to make a payment. Please note there is a service charge imposed by WU.

2) Are your prices negotiable?

Of course. My prices are always open for negotiations.

3) How will the chips be delivered to me after I've made payments?

There are 2 methods for you to receive your chips after payments have been verified / received by me.

Method 1 - When both of us are online at the same time, I will create a private table and provide you with the password. When you join, I will lose the required chips to you by going "all-ins" and "standing" thereafter.

Method 2 - You may request the required amount of chips to be deposited into another facebook account. I will create a new facebook account and deposit the required chips into this new account. The account email and password will then be given to you.

For method 1, I will ask for your current chip count so I will know what table size to create in order to facilitate the transfer.

I will NEVER ask for your account email and password and I would strongly suggest that you do not share these information with anyone else.

4) Can I pay you with my own Country's currency through Paypal?

Yes. I accept any currency.

5) How can I be assured that this is not a scam? I hate to look like an idiot!

I have to admit this is the most frequently asked question. To be brutally honest with you, there is absolutely no way to establish my legitimacy.

I perfectly understand the skepticism you might have about sending money for some virtual good, and also the anxiety involved after sending the money and having absolutely no control over your purchase thereafter. I would therefore like to offer you two suggestions.

1) Buy smaller amounts first.

2) Read my references.

For buyers in Singapore, capture a screenshot of your DBS / POSB internet fund transfer. If your chips are not delivered, lodge a police report!

6) Do you offer discounts for returning buyers?

Of course! Prices will always be slightly lower for returning buyers. :)

7) You are not online. How can I get you?

Please be assured that I will stay online as often as it's humanely possible for me. In the event that I am offline, please leave me a message and I will get back to you as soon as I can.
